"This was our 4th winter visiting friends in Sebastopol, our new home away from home.We loved our 3 week stay at Donna and Keith's Hodge Podge Lodge located behind their house at the end of the country lane. It was convenient to downtown, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment, and all of surrounding wonders of Sonoma County wine country, Redwoods, and coast. We loved that we could walk everywhere. "The place is dirty. There is no hot tub. There are no fire pits. There was a huge stain on our carpet. We got there, walked in our room, walked down to the river, walked back to our room and then left. Dont be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. BAIT AND SWITCH"

"The property didn’t give directions on how to properly enter the code to open the door. We had to talk to another person staying in the property to give us the trick to entering the code in the keypad. Additionally, we kept requesting extra pillows with no success after playing phone tag with missed calls and unanswered messages. Room was clean at least and the property is in a quiet, secluded location."
