The hot tub had a few easily solved quirks, but that was it! We stayed warm, ate well, and really enjoyed the area. "We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. "This was our 2nd time to this property. On clear days you can see the ocean and watch the marine layer roll in. The views are breathtaking. Sunsets, awe inspiring. Stargazing, incredible. We spent many hours under the night sky this trip. Many skunks were out this time and our dog narrowly avoided getting sprayed, but that’s nature for you. "The place was very relaxing. Hot tub was beautifully located under the redwoods near the creek. Linens were exceptionally scented with hormonal disruptive scented laundry detergent. Bring your own wood for the fireplace, as none is provided. BBQ grill is broken and won’t ignite. Otherwise, the place is very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and very spacious outdoor area."

"This is a fantastic stay for 2 couples. You can't beat the spaciousness, comfort, hot tub and well stocked kitchen. We felt like cool kids playing the vinyl! The beds were comfy and area is sooooo quiet at night. I gave the location a 4 only because of the narrow, windy road up to the property and the tricky parking. I am a bit of a chicken behind the wheel but by the second day, the road and parking weren't as tricky, so I chalked it up to adding some adventure to our stay. I highly...
