"Lovely clean apartment, well equiped for self catering. We did book breakfast but the buffet restaurant closed due to being out of season. However the staff brought breakfast to order every morning to our room, which was lovely. I asked for an extra blanket (before we worked the heating out) which was delivered promptly. Nothing was to much trouble. Bars and restaurants all close by. "

"A quirky old Maltese house. Very clean and comfortable room and bed with lovely harbour views. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous. Also unable to see to read on the balcony too due to the lighting and no comfy chairs to relax outside. "

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"This is an absolute gem. I came to Malta to work in the mornings and explore in the afternoons. The studio apartment is well equipped and proved to be an excellent base. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are some good bars hidden away nearby. It is a short walk to the tourist areas. Cabs are cheap and easy to get. I stayed for an extra week. In fact, I am still here and considering spending the rest of the winter here! "

"Great customer service by Nick and Aisha. On arival for whatever reason we were upgraded ro a seaview apartment. Apartment needed some TLC but nothing that I'd moan about. Overall good stay and in a good spot. "

"I had an excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with stunning views. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"We arrived to find the property was ready and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenants. We contacted the owner and to be honest he was very good, provided another property across the hallway and got the original property cleaned within in two hours. We were moved back as the alternative property was cold. But after a poor start we had a good stay. Important to follow the owners instructions as there are several properties in the area with similar names "

"The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. The national aquarium is about three minutes walk away and there are various places to swim and do water sports basically on the doorstep. "It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. "We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door. "Trabuxu Living exceeded all our expectations and more! This apartment has been an amazing and delightful stay. The location is perfection - centrally located and just a stones throw from the hub. We had access to all amenities but retained a quiet area which is a difficult task to nail! "We had a delightful and comfortable stay. We loved the balcony, it might have been small but the views were much appreciated by us. It was quiet yet we could the busyness outside. The Deck restaurant across the laneway was a wonderful find, we dined there all three evenings of our stay as it was so good and great service. We were close to the market and the bus stop and all the amenities. Friendly people who were very neighbourly. All in all, a huge success."

"Fantastic few days in the apartment, it had everything you could need for a short stay and more. The apartment was close to some great restaurants and shops. Loved the hot tub at night just sat watching the stars and the city views. Would highly recommend this apartment. I hired a car but in hindsight probably would have just used the buses as parking in Malta is a bit of a problem wherever you go. "

"the house was amazing!! we had a few small issues that were resolved very quickly would highly recommend. only downside was alot of flies in the winter that came into the house. "

"Outstanding property - clean and good. ( Needs some very minor maintenance - dishwasher and other small things.One addition that we would have loved was a good coffee maker. The one there is for capsules that we could not find in the area stores and there was no filter coffeemaker.) We had a wonderful time and thank God for such a great place."

"Hotel is clean, tidy, and conveniently located, with relatively easy transport links to a lot of the island, or the Valetta transport hub which can reach the areas not covered by the buses going from or through Silema. If I had any niggle it would be the shower design, practically guaranteed to get water all over the bathroom floor, but that was a minor issue."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dragonara. The property is beautiful, very clean and well-kept. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I ordered room service twice - the food arrived in good time, was tasty and a good portion size. The staff collected the dishes after I was done. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the staff were keen to help however they could. I can’t think of anything to suggest to make it better. Thank you for a lovely time. "

"Grand Hotel Excelsior is beautiful, elegant hotel not far (5 min walk) from Valletta's City Gate entrance by the Triton Fountain. The location by the water of the bay offers amazing views by day or night. The extra attention by all of the staff was very appreciated as it wasn't overpowering but discreet and gracious. Breakfast is just perfect. Everything is there but I would recommend trying some of the island specialities like Pastizzi and their typical cheese. All in all we had a very comfortable and relaxing staying, feeling that this experience has definitely exceeded our expectations. "
