"Lovely property in a peaceful location with fantastic views over the reservoir and up the valley. Perfect for our stay and with a secure store for bikes. Some fantastic rides up on the moors. Excellent and friendly host. Only downside was all local pubs don’t open on Monday or Tuesday so take food or be prepared to drive to Pateley Bridge."

"This was our second visit to Burnside, it is an a very good location and very quiet. There are good walks from the door and many more 15 to 20 minutes drive away. Hawes has very good facilities, with shops, pubs, cafes and a very good chippie. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. Would definitely stay again. Thanks"

"Apartment was great apart from issue with hot water. My main problem was not with the owner of the apartment, but with the management company "Host and Stay". They take a refundable deposit straight away but it takes 14 days to get it back!!! As there was issues with hot water they offered a partial refund, again this took over 14 days and numerous messages/calls to request call back. Very frustrating, I will be checking future bookings to make sure "Host and Stay" are not managing the...
