High quality and perfectly equipped (500 m2). On the upper floor we find, spacious living room with views of the bay and fireplace, a toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace and barbecue "winter." Two bedrooms, the master bedroom with terrace (approx 40 m2), en suite bathroom complete with bath and shower, and large built-in wardrobe, the next bedroom on the first floor is two beds, with terrace, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower in Suite. In the lower part there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, and two bedrooms one of them double, and another with four single beds sharing a bathroom. In the lower part, it is perfect for family recreation, since there is a pool table three bands, convertible into ping - pong table, table football for the smaller ones, various games (chess, parchís, cards,, etc ...), there is small kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. This room gives access to the private pool and gardens, also for those who want to enjoy a good book, music or sleep there are cotton hammocks. On the terrace there is the "summer" barbecue that keeps the Mallorcan style so endearing.

You can enjoy the whole house. In addition, this town has one of Majorcan pottery traditions of great historical importance in Mallorca, the famous "Siurells" and cradle of one of the most traditional drinks of the island "El Ron Amazona" with more than 50 years of history.
