Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage
Pros: Ruhige Lage am Ende einer Straße, schöner Außenbereich mit Pool und einer tollen Dachterrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur knapp 3 Kilometer entfernt. Bis zum Airport und ins Zentrum braucht man ca. 15 Min. je nach Verkehr. Der Ansprechpartner in der Villa war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wir konnten bereits eine Stunde früher als geplant den Schlüssel übernehmen. Man muss dran denken genug Bargeld für die Kaution dabei zu haben, aber auch das hat reibungslos geklappt. Cons: Das Haus ist natürlich kein Neubau und hier und da in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch war es für unsere Ansprüche absolut ausreichend und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles was benötigt wird ist vor Ort. Da das Haus allerdings immer komplett leer übergeben wird (Lebensmittel, Gewürze, usw.) muss man beim Ersteinkauf wirklich alles besorgen, vom Putzschwamm bis zum Geschirrhandtuch oder den Kaffeefiltern, was generell jetzt kein Drama ist, aber man schmeißt vieles Weg was eigentlich noch genutzt werden könnte.
