"Stay was good. Very disappointed that morning desk person did not speak English and would not help us get taxis to our destination. 19 of us stayed there and had difficulty getting to our next destination. Also would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. "

"The hotel was fine and good value for money apart from the receptionist parking her car in the handicapped/disabled car space which I vacated to take my daughter to the rail station at 5:15 am and returned at 6:00 am. I note that she did not move her vehicle although I asked whos car it was and she proudly said that it was hers."

"This hotel room was amazing, excellent view of the cathedral, lovely furnishings and super quiet. Has a kettle and cups for making tea. Staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Just one thing, our rooms air con/heating, had a weird loud intermittent buzz sometimes, especially noticeable at night. But overall a marvellous place to stay."

"The location could not be better, in the center of Nancy. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and a delicious dessert for you to take, are offered in the lobby. Room was clean and cozy. Did not like a subtle clang noise from the heating pipes, but it was not terrible. But what I did not like was that rooms are not sound proofed, so we could hear steps, voices and yes, in France, passionate "affection" from the neighbours in the room above us.
