"It was a lovely central Hotel. However, the rooms were tiny and the breakfast quite expensive for what was a very basic and limited choice. We were also given a disabled room for some reason...but at least that was slightly bigger than the rooms our friends had. There was no proper wardrobe space either, so dont bring dresses or long garments. On a positive note, the bathroom/ shower was brilliant as were the Hotel staff. "

"The hotel had friendly and polite staff. Lots of amenities available e.g tennis court, crazy golf, table tennis and bikes available if wishing to cycle within the surrounding area. There was also a swimming pool with a patio to the rear of the building however this was never used, weather was only sunny and hot on the day of our arrival but the pool was dirty. "Really enjoyed our night stay here on this modern day ranch with horses and other farm animals! Lovely friendly people run the hotel as well and really make you feel welcome! "We’ve just returned from a very relaxing 2 weeks at this lovely property. The house is tucked away down a very narrow lane at the end of a small hamlet. The owners’ directions were very clear and helpful. "Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"

Bijou Village House With Heated Pool In Tranquil Courtyard Gardens

Fantastic location

"This well located house is perfect for a family of 4 stopping in Saint Antonin Noble Val. It's called Bijou, but there is plenty of room in the 3 storeys. The living room on the 1st floor is delightful. We really relaxed in there, reading in the relative cool while it was 34C outside. The bedrooms were comfortable but very warm in the evening. The apartment is about 2 minutes walk from the main square, but very quiet at night. The pool is just enough to cool down you down on the really hot days. It's nice and clean and well maintained. The stairs inside the property are very steep, as any house built in the medieval. If that is an issue, then this place is not for you. If you like period properties, and can manage the stairs then this is a great choice. The hosts showed us in, gave us the keys and left. That's exactly what I like - it's not a bed and breakfast so don't expect a guided tour. I goit the feeling if I wanted more detail they would happily provide it. Very good hosts. I would definitely stay in this house again, and recommend it to friends."

Le Petit Paradis - Cottage for 8 people with Private Pool in the Countryside

4/5 Good

"This spacious property was a converted old French farmhouse with fantastic views across the countryside. Very rural -but not easy to find even with Sat-nav. Pool was a great asset as were the trees and flowers around the property. Unfortunately we were not blessed with good weather apart from the first couple of days. However this may have been a godsend as when it was warm -condensation from the stone walls appeared and covered the ground floor which was tiled. This resulted in a very slippery surface which was hard to negotiate. In fact one of our party had a nasty fall using some tiled steps. Mr Bouby the owner was very helpful when we had a problem with the toilet. Unfortunately we did struggle to communicate when we arrived . It might be a good idea to produce an arrival pack in different languages for future visitors. "
