"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly."

"Surprisingly, no lift but reception was prompt to switch our arthritic selves to ground floor. Bar had excellent, reasonably-priced local wines (Beaujolais Villages) & on-site restaurant had Canette des Dombes."

"The rooms are old and in need of an update. We only had nets at the window, no curtains to stop the morning light. One of the bedside lights was not working. The website advertised at evening restaurant, this is now no longer open."
