"Great stay very good breakfast dont get the charge for a parking space"

"We arrived at 16:15 after a 7 hour journey to find the entrance door locked and no lights seen inside and no sign of anyone about. We waited about 15 minutes then decided we needed to go elsewhere to stay and rest. The hotel sent me a text message in the evening asking me to contact them for information on Registration !!!! A notice on the door said that the hotel restaurant was closed for a period that included our night stop. It would have been nice to have known this at the time of booking as it would have affected our choice of venue."

"We had such a lovely stay. The grounds were beautifully kept, was stunning to be surrounded by vines. The Chateau was like something out of a Disney movie. Would highly recommended staying and I will be returning. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly. "

The chef’s menu choices in the restaurant are masterfully prepared and served with grace and elegance along with a lovely selection of wines. "Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly."
