"It’s a very welcoming hotel ideal location to surrounding areas - food and drinks are high standard. Just note if you don’t want scrambled eggs in the morning then tell staff when they seat you ( option poached or fried ) then they can get them cooking while you collect your breakfast otherwise you’ll be waiting and your breakfast from buffet selection ( full English ) will be cold. "

"Stayed with my husband and 2 children, (2 year old and newborn) Really friendly staff when checking in and out, helped me with the Children and offered some advice/tips. Beautiful rooms that were clean. Had a really lovely experience."

"Had a one night stay at the Imperial, staff were excellent and struck the right balance of attentiveness. Room had a fantastic view, was spacey and comfortable. Breakfast was really good, my wife has a dairy intolerance and they catered for this, at not time did they make it feel like it was an inconvenience. It was a lovely one night stay, relaxing and would happily return."
