"The customer service agent at the front did her best to attend to my every need. It was a staycation for me thus I needed an area wherein I could work quietly. She assisted me in finding the business center, which was exactly what I needed. In addition, on my second night requested a room that was not connected to another room. She arranged for me to have access to all the hotel's amenities while my room was changed. The customer service I received was first-class."

"We stayed here one night while passing through the area. The hotel is nice. Our room was warm and inviting and had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was very good checking in and out was easy. Highly recommend staying here."

"We loved the ambience and rustic cabin decor. There were no ADA accommodations in this room. Because of our age and illness we’d ask for an ADA room next time. Beautiful drives north and south. We went to the FDR home and Vanderbilt mansion, a little shopping in the area and a t’shirt or two from the Lodge shop, of course. Great diners in the area, too. "

"The Bestwestern in Fishkill, NY was amazing. We had a great stay in a room with a loft. The room was very large and gave our family of 4 enough space to spread out and feel like we were at home. The breakfast that was included was great as well and offered a fairly large selection. The outdoor space was perfect for our sons to ride their scooters along the paths between buildings. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are down. "
