"Great holiday home to relax and unwind while enjoying Forster and its surroundings. The house was spacious and modern and the ducted air conditioning was a bonus.Thank you to the host Aaron for making sure the house was not only clean and comfortable but also provided toiletries, condiments and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.We will be back again for sure."

"The house was great and in an amazing location. There were a few niggly things that could have made our stay more comfortable though. The circuit in the room downstairs kept switching off during the night so the fan kept turning off which made for a very uncomfortable stay for one of the families we were with. I messaged the house manager and he advised it was a known issue, they just didn’t know what was tripping the circuit. It would have been nice to have been told this before or offered...

"Nice property but master bed was terrible. Impossible for 2 people to sleep in as it dips to the middle. Very hot bedrooms and lack of ceiling fans in the living area made it very uncomfortable."

"The Lakeside Boathouse was perfect for our needs. It is exceptionally clean, well-decorated, with comfortable beds! There were only two of us, and although the property is listed for up to six people, it would have been quite cosy with even four people unless the weather allowed sitting outside.As stated in the description, the house is not actually on the lake, and it's worth noting that the location is very quiet and quite a distance from shops and beaches."

"If you’re wanting to stay just outside the heart of foster this is a fabulous place especially for boat enthusiasts. The house is very large to accommodate families or group of friends. The layout is spacious well thought out and child friendly. The property manager is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend! "

"For the price we were very happy with this apartment. There is no WiFi and no AC but I dont think it would get hot as its surrounded by trees and its double brick. The balcony was so private and relaxing. parking is perfect as right beside the back door entry. Beds are very comfortable. Its perfect for.the price. will definitely stay here again."

"We had a delightful long weekend getaway in this wonderful property overlooking beautiful Smiths Lake. From the moment we entered we felt relaxed, with the open plan living drawing you immediately to the balcony and the captivating view beyond. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine, reading a book sitting by the lake and letting our dog Ryder go for a paddle. "A lovely location for a weekend escape. The only reason for a 4 star was an unfortunate issue with the spa which was no fault of the owner, Becky did everything possible to get it fixed. I would recommend this location and Becky is fabulous. Thanks for everything"

"Lovely accomodation in a self contained unit within a site of about 75 units - though you would never realise. Clean and tidy with all amenities and access to the shared pool and tennis courts. Boomerang Beach is just across the road and other great beaches and lakes nearby. Restaurant was good but with limited opening evenings outside holiday season."
