"The house was listed as a Townhouse and the main image shows a house, so we were disappointed to find out we only had the downstairs. It was a lot smaller than we'd expected. Unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned adequately in the kitchen area so there were ants. None of the remotes worked but managed to replace batteries eventually. The light & fan in the 2nd bedroom didn't work and no replacement battery to try. The bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom was not stable so moved every time anyone rolled...

"Great position, beds comfortable but house was very dirty - lot mildew, ants, cockroaches and BBQ caught fire with one use as so much fat - couldn’t use it again"

"It was lovely. Unfortunately the sofa bed we asked to be made up, but had been slept in and smelt. We couldn't use it until we'd washed the sheets. Lots of everyday things were missing. Garbage bags, tissues, salt and pepper, hair dryer. We were not supplied enough towels. It stated it slept 6. I think 4 adults was the correct bedding numbers. We had a terrible ant problem as the floor was sooo sticky. towelssaucesoaphair dryer"

"What a beautiful place, so close to beaches and local cafes, yet away from the crowds. The house offers so many lounge areas and the pool a must this time of the year.We had an amazing time with out 4 kids and their partners - will definitely visit this place again."

"Property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The essentials are provided though if you plan to do a big cook up you may need a few more pans. Lots of space to spread out and find a quiet place to read a book. Stunning view from the balcony and from 2 of the beds. Lovely quiet calm beach nearby which is great for a quick dip at high tide. Lovely little walks. And the dogs absolutely loved the big garden and walking on the beach and the mini pool table was great for the kids."

Thankfully previous holiday makers have left behind cardboard staples - but be prepared to bring washing powder and maybe having to top up other necessities! Kitchen was very well equipped with lots of platters-serving dishes! The outside entertaining areas were great. No real complaints about this property - except for weak WIFI, which was only a bit of an issue as it was raining the whole time of our stay. But overall had...

"This freshly renovated and spacious house was an outstanding property for our family holiday. The inclusions in the house were greatly appreciated, and the views from the majority of rooms is next level. Close to Forster for shopping etc, but far enough away to have a secluded and private break away. Everything included, we simply walked in and had a holiday. Excellent communication with the property managers. Overall, we were very impressed."

"The house was great and in an amazing location. There were a few niggly things that could have made our stay more comfortable though. The circuit in the room downstairs kept switching off during the night so the fan kept turning off which made for a very uncomfortable stay for one of the families we were with. I messaged the house manager and he advised it was a known issue, they just didn’t know what was tripping the circuit. It would have been nice to have been told this before or offered...

"unfortunately through no fault of Ramada we had no power for three days because of weather conditions. The shops, restaurants etc where all closed. wee had one day of the booked 5 days where the weather was fine and most shops and restaurants reopened. We spend the time mostly reading and relaxing."

"The apartment that we stayed in were very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish that the kitchen is equipped with more condiments so we can actually cook with them such as oil, salt or pepper. "
