"I had a 7 hr layover in Athens, booked Varaba, and was delighted with the sweet homey family atmosphere. No dinner but with a menu they ordered it in for me. Met a lovely Canadian family in the open eating courtyard. Felt so well taken care of, when I was exhausted."

"Very unusual. It is actually a fully fitted apartment and very nicely done. The area is a bit run down but looks to be improving as lots of work going on. Convenient to airport. Guy runs a taxi firm so he has to fit in your arrival and departure around his fares. Had to wait at arrival and pickup to go to airport next morning. On arrival was shown the bare minimum so we spent a lot of time finding out stuff. A book would have helped. Overall a reasonable stop."
