Check in was easy. Room was quaint, comfortable and clean. Nice to have access to a small shared kitchen. The most lovely area to bike around and visit. Loved it here. Our host was very friendly!

The room was cozy and in a great location. What a welcome break from Amsterdam. The hosts were friendly and offered an amazing breakfast. The hosts do not live on site, so it will be helpful to have a phone in order to call them upon arrival.

The host is a very professional, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, as well as towels changing. The village of Marken is a beautiful quiet place, one hour by bus from Amsterdam. Breakfast is plentiful, quality ingredients, nothing fancy but with sorts of food for everyone. The only drawback are 2 sets of narrow, winding, steepy stairs, but you get to use to it and the wonderful host is helpful with bringing your luggage to your room.

We love it and we want to thank the staff
What a wonderful experience to live like a local in the quiet and picturesque Marken. We love the friendly service and the comfortable room. A very clean, tidy and comfortable stay. The breakfast is more than what I have imagined with a jug of orange juice, ham, salami, three different types of bread, sliced hard cheeses, soft cheeses, and coffee and tea. The staff was really helpful and help to bring our bags up the stairs. Also gave some tips that were useful for our stay in Amsterdam (he went above and beyond and we are truly grateful!).
