"Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Os pontos positivos são: a localização do Hotel, excelente café da manhã, banheiro grande e os funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos: fiquei no quinto andar, as camas eram velhas, colchões horríveis, roupa de cama furada. Além disso, os elevadores precisam ter melhor manutenção, acabei ficando presa dentro dele pois parou de funcionar assim que eu entrei. Outro ponto, foi que reservei 4 quartos e precisávamos de 1 vaga de estacionamento, porém no dia que chegamos o estacionamento estava lotado e meu carro teve que ficar na rua. Acredito que o Hotel precise de uma remodelagem nos móveis e troca total de roupas de cama e travesseiros."

"They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful"

"This hotel is old and need maintenance badly. Breakfast if you not attending at 6am you probably will just eat what was left, no replacement. The door to elevator used to be open with your door card but it was broken and anyone had access to the floors"
