"Everything went well except when I was checking in, I had to wait until the clerk got off the phone with a costumer booking a reservation, I was kind of in a time crunch and would have like if she had help at the front desk. also, my daughter and her friends found stains on the cover and sheets they went to the front and got clean ones. other than those things things went well. breakfast was wonderful!!"

"As I was checking in, the manager was a bit gruff. I had made the reservation on-line and prepaid, but he insisted that I swipe my credit card and that the on-line payment was just a "holder". I looked on my credit card statement, and was charged on-line and again in person but it was returned. As for the room itself; The floors were all hardwood, looked nice but was very slippery coming in from the snow. The room was "dated" and the sheets on the bed had old stains. "l really enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is easy to get to and parking is easy. I went there on my way to Chicago and its a good location on way I will keep in mind as I go to Chicago often. I didn't get to spend a lot of time here so I can't comment on the town and area, but it looks like a neat little town. "

"We loved the space, with the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the charming horse-themed decor. Linda was super communicative, helpful and welcoming to us (including our aging kitty guy). Would definitely stay again!"
