"There were many instances of children running and knocking on doors. After the second time I opened my door, confronted two boys looked to be ages 14 and 12. They apologized and didn't come again. I called security and reported it. It also happened to my travel partners in their rooms. "

"Beautiful hotel and casino. About 50% of staff very friendly. the rest were inattentive and apparently lazy. For example we had to take iur own luggage cart to room from valet and two if them told us to bring it back down and not keave it in hall - despite a person obviously asleep in the valet office."

"Good location close to freeway and retail stores, but slightly secluded in the back of a retail center. Room preferences entered with reservation were not fulfilled. Everything was clean. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Parking seemed pretty secure. "

"I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Graceland, it definitely adds to the experience. The hotel accommodations are absolutely beautiful and the little extras like the movie theater and the nightly PB&J was nice. The lounge area and outside area are very comfortable and inviting. I found a few staff members to be a little stand offish but most were very friendly and polite. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi. Overall it was a very nice experience. "
