"The staff was very friendly and helpful! This a good location in Positano, you have access to both beaches by feet and access to alot of yummy restaurants. You can not escape stairs at Positano, but at least this location saves the steps based on its location. "

"Our stay was fantastic. Geraldo and the staff at villa Orleans are incredible and kind. We drove to Villa Orleans and Geraldo was waiting on the side of the main road to great us. He showed us where everything was and the best ways to get around. We arrived later in the evening and he offered to take me to the nearby grocery store to get some food. "Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"
