"Perfect location for relaxation with nice host"

"Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto "

"Very nice house with beautiful swimming pool in a small tuscan village. Quite charming and nicely built. Kitchen and living room area as well as shower at the pool requiring some renovation. However, with very nice weather time spent mainly outside. Very helpful support by rental agency when required."

"Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. "Very good communication from the owners before and throughout our stay. The property is very well equipped and we really enjoyed the pool area and garden. This is a more rural part of Tuscany, but Lucca, Pisa and Florence etc can be reached by car, or car and train. A lovely place to stay. "
