"A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel! We cannot fault this hotel & the staff were just amazing! Sara & Isabella on reception could not be any more helpful. The restaurant & bar staff were all so friendly & professional. There are too many to be named but all of them were so lovely. We would recommend eating in the restaurant. The issue is that the photos are not at all the room we got. we were supposed to have the luxury suite who is listed to be about 30m2 and instead we were offered a 15m2 room which was nice but very dark. we asked to change but only a standard room was available which was actually better than the "supposed" luxury suite. So we asked if a suite was available at least for the second night and Alessandro advised is than the king suite was available but for 70 euros more. I...
