"Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."

"On our arrival we were walked to a different hotel in the middle of Cagliari, it was not explained to us at all but it became clear that they had over booked. We then stayed in a small, dark room for two nights while they got our actual room ready. This wasn't so much the issue, as the staff just totally ignoring the issue rather than addressing it... Not great. "

"The manager had me ask three times for the breakfast coupon (one per night), gave one when I arrived, but then had me ask again, and for the third night I couldn't find anyone to ask again. The bed was not redone the second night. The rooms are pictoresque and well kept and it's very central."
