"It is more like an upscale youth hostel, only designed for able adults. Lots of stairs, but great convenience to airport and one can even catch a bus right out side for 1 euro and about 15 minutes to the airport. Indeed clean and the bed was very comfortable. About 3/4 km toward town are a field of grazing sheep. "

"Room was exactly as advertised, and it was a reasonably priced fit for five people (although there is only one bathroom). Staff were super friendly, multilingual and provided a nice breakfast coffee (even on holidays). Great location for walking to several Roman attractions - Coloseum, Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain. Walk to Vatican took 30 minutes. Would definitely rent again."

The manager was no help. The property at Via Vittoria 24 was supposed to be non smoking yet the people across the hall were smoking.
