"Everything was fine at the beginning. TIt's a working residential/commercial area with a large covered market opposite. closed when we arrrived, but I guesss busy and noisy when open. getting in is a hassle for those not used to smart phones, downloading apps swiping, pin codes and so on. Definitely not for digital immigrants. the place is really nicely done out A lot of trouble has gone into it. 2 big problems (for us). First I was under the impression that B&B meant breakfast of some sort....

Ero convinto le condizioni fossero le stesse delle stanze, ma in realtà le pulizie e il riassortimento saponi erano previste settimanali, comunque poco male. Quello che ho trovato negativo dell'appartamento è la posizione nel seminterrato, che lo rende buio e un pò angusto. "Sabato ore 20 30 arriviamo all'indirizzo della struttura (pagata in anticipo) ma non trovo niente se non un citofono ma senza pulsanti. Provo a Chiamare al numero e non mi risponde nessuno provo a chiamare expedia ma la segreteria dice che gli uffici sono chiusi riprovo a chiamare la struttura e dopo mezz'ora mi risponde il proprietario dicendomi che lui non ha alcuna prenotazione che non è un cliente expedia e che la struttura è al completo. Quindi mi ritrovo a 200 km da casa senza sapere dove...

"This is a lovely property, well situated in the centre of Manduria with beautifully restored, large, clean rooms. A perfect location for our visit to the region. The beautiful gardens and terraces are easily accessed through the breakfast room. Breakfast was exceptional. The owners & staff were wonderful & extremely helpful. "Abbiamo prenotato questa casa per una settimana nel mese di luglio. Abbiamo trovato una casa pulita e ben arredata, purtroppo tutto il resto non corrispondeva alle nostre esigenze. A pochi passi c‘é una piccola baia che purtroppo é da raggiungere soltanto in discesa tra pietre e scogli, assolutamente non adatto per anziani e bambini, una discesa purtroppo pericolosa. A ca. 200 metri di distanza una spiaggia con il mare cristallino ma molto affollata e non proprio pulita, abbiamo preferito...

"We have had a wonderful time during our one week stay at the property. Beautiful home, spacious and modern with lots of amenities. The top terrace is beautiful, we really enjoy dining and relaxing watching the ocean, Location was great, walking distance from a market, pharmacy, and many restaurants. Will definitely be back. Antonio the property manager provided outstanding service and was always very responsive and quick in getting back to us."
