"Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig. Alles sauber und Nötiges da. Ich war in Winter da und kann mir vorstellen, dass es im Sommer richtig schön ist lange auf der Terasse zu sitzen. Kommunikation war auch schnell und sehr zuvorkommend. "

An unattractive entrance to the block of apartments, and if the bedrooms had been furnished with matching bedding/linen it would have felt more welcoming. Things like an older ladder next to the wardrobe and the vaccum cleaner behind the bedroom door, didn't impress our friend. "It’s not a hotel, more like an apartment with kitchen and two bed rooms/diner room in an open-concept. The area is actually pretty good. The entrance to the building is right beside a bar with guys drinking a lot. If you have wife and a 16-year-old daughter like me and you don’t like other guys looking at them like a doctor would, then forget about. Another problem I had is that they have many locations. "Wir haben als Familie die moderne mit viel Mühe sanierte historische Unterkunft als Treffpunkt und Kurzurlaubsort gewählt. Unweit der vielen Möglichkeiten für Naturbegeisterte und Familien liegt die Unterkunft ideal. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer war problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt komplett kontaktlos, was bei den netten Eigentümern nicht nötig wäre. Wir kommen gern wieder."

Beautifully quiet overnight, so we all slept well but super easy to get into the centre of Berlin as the tram literally is just 2 minutes away. Supermarket round the corner and great restaurants close by. It was perfect for us our 3 night stay."
