"14 of us went to visit my son at RPI for a football game. Loved the property. Back yard was beautiful and completely fenced in! Room for our corn hole game and we could even go into the basement with it when it rained. View is beautiful across the street from the front porch, enjoyed my coffee there. Plenty of space for every to sleep and we even got 9 people on the couch it’s so big. Would rent again!"

"We loved Lakeview Cottage. It was spacious. Even with 4 adults staying we had plenty of room. The furniture is sturdy & comfortable. The deck is amazing. The entire property is warm & welcoming.There were games we enjoyed playing. Just all around the perfect place for this visit."

"The home was comfortable and was located in a great location. Owner described property accurately. Our only concern was there were guests in the garden apartment and their child was very loud. We had a hard time falling asleep at night. In the upstairs bedroom you can’t hear the garden apartment but you can in downstairs bedroom. "

"Simple, easy to stay in house, fit us all just fine while visiting nearby family for Christmas. The place was clearly just renovated and decorated with the intent of being a short term rental (probably the owner doesn't ever live there) Glad to see pet friendly places like this still exist!"

You feel relaxation setting in as soon as you drive up the gravel hill driveway and approach the welcoming entrance. I want to stay here every time we visit our daughter at SUNY Covleskill! "

"This property is perfect for a group of people coming to the area for concert or the races or both. Rhonda met us upon checkin and she was friendly and outgoing and showed us around the property. The pool and jacuzzi were an amazing feature to have at a rental, this place felt like a resort. Definitely will be renting again when we come back to the area!!!"

"This property was outstanding!! Owners were wonderful. Everything in the house was first class! Everything was so clean!! Kitchen had whatever we needed. Beds, pillows and towels were so soft and comfortable!! Kayaks, paddle boards and row boat outside kept everyone busy and having fun on the water! Water was clean and so safe especially for our friend’s children!!! Fishing off the dock was a special treat!! We will definitely go back… hopefully in the fall!! "

"Traveled with family from Wisconsin. Location was close to so many sight seeing adventures, Saratoga springs-racetrack, shopping and dining. Hudson River cruise and museum. We enjoyed our stay!!!! Cute house, spacious inside and out."
