"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. "The property is very dated but but is a good representation of Northern Wisconsin. This used to be a bar restaurant so you have lots of space with big commercial kitchen and bar. Bedrooms are nice. Bathrooms are okay but we did have problems with septic system which took a few days to correct. Maintenance guy was great! Even took my call on his day off. If you are a large group this is a great place to stay. Pricing is high but there are few options for this area. Even with the few problems we...
