"Great customer service . Arrived early at the hotel as the flight was early , had to be ready for 15:40 for a wedding the check in was at 15:00 so they agreed for us do check in at 1300 which was great and allowed us to get ready and not rush . Alex was brilliant at reception very helpful . Also a young lady with dark hair couldn’t get her name wrote down details of the trams and stations we needed to stop which was on point and hustle free . Breakfast was good and loads of item to chose from . Would definitely stay here again and would also recommend this hotel . "

Amenities include restaurant, parking spaces, breakfast option, pool & spa service, tour bookings, e-bike rental, trampoline, washing machines, complete array of vending machines. Service at front desk was professional, proximity to the scenic town of Ingersheim and many good bike trails (town, forest, farm acreage, Alsace wine route). Good location to explore Haut-Rhin & Colmar region from."

"Hotel has apartment style rooms on the top floor with Velux windows and a small kitchenette, making it possible to have a self-sufficient stay if desired. We only stayed one night and therefore had B&B which was fine."
