"Didn’t find it easily as the entrance wasn’t clear but the hosts were absolutely lovely. They gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat and drink, and were helpful when there was a power cut during the night. The room was great with a large comfy bed but visiting the toilet in the night was a little awkward as our private bathroom was across a hallway…having said that we would definitely return and recommend. "

"I spent 3 nights in the Surf Room & I cannot recommend it highly enough. This guesthouse is a haven especially after sightseeing all day. "Stayed in a room with a nice quiet balcony. This was the perfect place in my opinion, just far enough to be away from the crowds but a ~5 min walk to the old town and sites. Good places to eat within steps. Breakfast was simple but good. Eggs, ham, croissant, etc. The last day I had an early train and sandwiches were left in my fridge to take with in the am. If I come back to Verona, I would stay here without considering other options. "

"Betty’s House….what an amazing B&B. It’s a hidden gem. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden/pool area. Breakfast was fab. Defo plentiful and a good variety of it. What’s makes this place even more beautiful is the owner Betty. What a lovely, friendly and helpful lady. Really enjoyed our stay. "The host Milena is very kind, friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in and parking. It is also easy to access the city centre by bus as there are bus stops nearby. "We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue.
