"The hotel is lovely & check-in was very smooth. We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

Renters should know that the other beds are comprised of sets of bunk beds, one in each primary suite, tucked into alcoves outside of the big bedrooms. "This is a perfect place to enjoy Marbella. The sea view is amazing and it’s just steps to the paseo. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that even though the building has elevators there are 10 steps to access 439 . Margaret"
