"Fabulous upgrade since last I stayed there. Cannot fault hotel or staff who were most helpful and accommodating. Nothing too much trouble. Only downside of our stay was the weather Will definitely return. "

"There is no parking provided. The public parking garage 1/2 block away is poorly marked and there were insufficient details given at check-in. I ended up parking in a public garage .6 miles away at an overnight cost of 22 Euro. Very inconvenient not having dedicated parking or better instructions as to closed public parking. "

"There was building work going on next door drilling from 8:30-6 so very noisy (you couldn’t sit on balcony) and walls very thin so could hear neighbours talking & coughing. Reception did not tell us that we had to pay for the safe until we went to say we couldn’t get it to work. In a good position for old town and the front promenade and car park next door."

"We stayed here 5 nights. The balcony was amazing especially in March. It had direct sunlight and was protected from the winds. We spent a lot of time out there. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking. The location was perfect & walkable. Rupert, the owner, was easy to communicate with. Suggestion for improvement- the property needs all new linens. New sheets, bath towels & beach towels and provided kitchen rags & towels. They were all miss matched and very old. Lastly - if you value...

"This is a perfect place to enjoy Marbella. The sea view is amazing and it’s just steps to the paseo. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that even though the building has elevators there are 10 steps to access 439 . Margaret"
