"Our family of five checked in New Year’s Eve and enjoyed our visit! The location between the National parks was why we chose Alpine. Gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores made it easy for us to have what we needed even during the holidays. The kids loved the sleeping arrangements, especially the loft. Our teenager liked the bath, and the host’s little touches made it extra special and cozy. Check in and checkout were easy, and having heat on a chilly night to warm up after stargazing added comfort to an experience we will never forget!"

"Really like the concept of having standalone rooms(every two rooms share one building). There was a gentleman staying in the room next to me and I never heard him all night. There was a picnic table next to each building as well. These rooms are clean, but dated. Perfect spot for passing through. Comfortable beds, only an hour ride to Big Bend National Park the next morning. "
