"Out start at Club Mahindra Madikeri was good. Housekeeping was prompt if you called in them for anything. However in the 2 night stay our room was never cleaned once. Food was average. Breakfast was the best of the meals. All precaution regarding masks, physical distancing, sanitization etc were taken. "

"No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only."

"Approach road very narrow and 11 Kms from Main road. No WiFi at hotel. Mobile connectivity not there. Walkie Talkie is provided for communication with staff. Safety is a major concern. No senior staff was there throughout our stay. Service is very good,which is one of the few plus points."

"Heritage resort has a spectacular location , seated right on a hillrop, views to just het lost in Nature. The property has a well maintained garden and a great infinity pool. "Excellent stay at Aurika. The staff was hospitable and took great care of all the guests. The property is gorgeous and has multiple amenities and daily activities. The high tea set up was great..would highly recommend staying at this resort. Only point for improvement would be to improve food pricing. The prices are high and the food is average."

" Title: Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service Our stay at the Coorg Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the special attention given to our preferences, including the excellent food and comfortable accommodations. The courteous and attentive staff made every effort to make our stay memorable, and we left with lifelong memories of this beautiful location. "It was a pleasant stay at Avadale. Avinash was there to assist with all the details even though his counterpart was on leave. He offered a bigger room on request that made our stay even better. Food rate is nominal, it was prepared fresh and the taste was good.(Gobi chilli alone was on the saltier side) Couple other noteworthy instances was of Avinash calling to state the room booked was non ac. And again on the cross check done on the day of check in of the time of arrival. Since we travelled on April (summer) there was no water in stream and the pond area was also on the ok side.That was a slight disappointment. So if you would like to experience that then based on the suggestions heard it will be better to plan during August/September. TV could have been of a larger size. In summer non ac rooms will be slightly on the hotter side. But Avinash had already mentioned about it and also was ready to make extra fan arrangements if required. It was manageable for us so didnt opt."
