"While booking hotel room it very clearly said hotel will provide 2 water bottles and hot water . However, after check-in nothing like water bottles when initially asked was denied and then after complaining next day 2 bottles were provided. Hot water is not 24hrs so we had to wait for hot water. Rooms and hotel actual state and picture provided at time of booking is just opposite. I don’t recommend this to any people traveling with family or friends "

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms for 2 nights for family stay as I got fooled by the pics shared on hotels.com website and reviews. I reached hotel at around 3 o clock in night and my rooms were not ready even I had informed beforehand that I will be coming by that time. "No AC after being charged almost 5 star rates per night. Even though property is well maintained the absence of AC’s makes it a deal breaker and lack of 24x7 room service. Maybe good for old couples who want to go there and sleep only."
