"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. Thank you to each of you."

"The architecture was superb with the hotel beautifully blending into the nature! I think I had the best night sleep in this hotel as the place was so quiet and pleasant. Also getting to see some monkeys freely wondering around the facility was very refreshing too! The highlight was the infinity pool, which does not seem as impressive in size at a first glance, but once you dip in, you’ll know why this place is special. I loved the pool so much that I could stay there the whole afternoon! It is located fairly closely to the Sigiriya Rock so was pretty accessible after our hike. Would definitely come back again!"

"Terrible conditions in the room. There were bugs, old towels and torn bed sheets. Did not have adequate hot water. Faucet controls were falling off. One of two air conditioners was not working. Pool was not usable, the water was cloudy. This property should be delisted from hotels.com. "

"A little bit of frustration as it could be a gem, but the attention to details in the room make it average. Service was excellent, food was superb and properly priced, rooms were big and well designed, the flaw lies in the attention to details. Mosquito marks on the walls, cracks not plastered, gaps in doors that allowed bugs and animals (geckos and frogs) to come inside, mosquito net in shower room with wide gaps…I would be expecting this not to happen in a 4 star hotel"
