"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Kitchen was perfect for preparing food and the fire pit was great for a fall evening. A special thank you to Lori for her excellent communication and thoughtfulness☺️"

"This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. Comfortable house with everything you could need (except a tea pot! LOL). Plenty of room to walk the dogs and enough room for dog crates. Would recommend and will be back next ski season for sure! "

"This was a great cottage for a last min Ute weekend getaway! It’s on a quiet little inlet, so we watched lots of boats go by, had a nice campfire and just enjoyed a beautiful weekend outside! The owner and neighbors were so friendly as well!"

The view was amazing and my favorite part of the day, was making coffee and walking out to the end of the dock, watching the water glisten…it was so peaceful and relaxing. "Very nice spot for three couples to come and unwind. The sunroom provided an excellent view of the lake and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of room for six adults. The outdoor fire pit was a plus due to cooler weather in October. Location was perfect for a quick grocery run in Jamestown or a short drive to restaurant options. Lisa was courteous and quick to respond. Overall, a nice traditional lake house. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Kama Kottage. The house is cozy and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We were there just before Christmas and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.We also appreciated the prompt attention to cleaning off the driveway since we had a fair amount of snow. The location was great for our purposes and we look forward to booking this house again when in the area, especially when we can enjoy the sun room and the entire property."
