"We thought this place was wonderful. The living/dining room was well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a balcony looking over the ruins of the nunnery and the town. "We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

Leclerc supermarket and to the Wednesday and Saturday markets where you can buy cheeses, fresh produce, nougat, etc. Great location for visiting Sorge, Monbazillac , etc. About an hour’s drive to Sarlat. "This was a lovely old house from another era, an adorable private garden and situated at the quiet end of a lovely village. Could use some renovation and a more modern kitchen, if you were going to stay longer than a few days, but was fine for our short stay.
