"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull. However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). "Really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. Staff on the reception desk, very friendly and professional. They really made me and my family feel welcome. The hotel was clean and orderly, and breakfast was lovley, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were okay and happy. Would definitely come back here."

"We were only there for one night but this was a great base for visiting the area. The room was clean and comfortable; the bathroom was very modern and the towels were large and soft. There was a kettle and a coffeemaker in the room with a good supply of teabags, etc. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food available. We would definitely stay here again."

"We were impressed with the staff and service. However, the walls seemed paper thin as we could hear the coversations of the people next door. The toilet flushing was extreemly loud and the lighting was terrible, particularly if we needed to get up in the middle of the night, as it was pitch black - we had to leave the bathroom light on all night with the door slightly ajar. Very disappointing."
