"They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems.
