"Convenient location. Close to the main train station and easy to get into the city center. Our room had the smell that someone had been smoking in it before (not sure when) and there were some noticeable stains on the carpet by the bathroom. The room was a good size, bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable and the sauna (extra fee per person/per hour) was a nice option! "

"Nice boutique hotel in an easily walkable location in Quedlinburg. Room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than average and parking was easy. Loved the area and would happily return to this hotel in the future. "

"Front desk staff was downright rude, wasn’t greeted or addressed, was made to wait for no reason and had to listen to the fron desk Cleak complain about how little money the hotel received. The carpet in the room was stained in many places, the room was loud and opening a window was impossible due to the outside noise. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. "Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...

"The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast offered included a variety of food, and was easy walking distance to the old town. The dinner menu did not offer a variety of good and as expensive. In addition, the bar was closed on the nights we were there."

"The hotel lighting is very limited, really uncomfortable to stay. Breakfast is not delicious for room rate that I paid. The pillow look like not really pillow for sleep. I don’t want to come back to this hotel. "

"Good hotel with amazingly clean rooms. Room was big and recently renovated, lots of space and nice touches like tea and coffee in the room. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again. "
