Bei Ankunft im Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass keine Buchung im System auffindbar war und man uns mitteilte, dass KEINE Zimmer über hotels.com angeboten wurden. Ein Reisebett für unsere Tochter haben wir erhalten sowie das WLAN (nach einer Reparatur) hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
