"Gem of a find. This property is a one of a kind and a very pleasant surprise. If you want to stay in a place where the noise is from birds and crickets, thus is for you. "Nice little place to stay. Lots of stairs to the top but kind of nice to work off all the calories lol. Aircon was nice and cold. Owner was super nice and even let us check out late for no extra charge as there was no one reserved for that room that evening. The view from the rooftop terrace is hard to beat. I would totally stay here again!"

"Our stay in Boracay Midtown Hotel is very disappointing. Upon arrival at the hotel, no staff was immediately available. We had to ring the bell and waited for 5mins under hot environment. The staff wasn't so happy enough when we arrived. When we reached our room, the a/c is not completely working and not as cold as expected. On top of that, we saw small cockroaches in the room which we killed by the way. The next day when we left to enjoy the beach, we set the tag at the door to make up our room...
