In the heart of Mannheim and within walking distance from the center is the beautiful apartment in a top central location and beautiful view of the Neckar and TV tower.
Public transport is directly at the apartment and offers excellent connections to all parts of the city. After 1 km you can reach the main station of Mannheim.
Whether you want to rest after a hard day at work, after hard lectures, after nice events or after a long sightseeing trip through Mannheim, you will feel comfortable here.

With a good wine and a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, you can make the apartment your place of pleasure.
The kitchen is small but nice and offers everything you need to be self-sufficient. In addition to a refrigerator with icebox, stove, blender, NESPRESSO machine, microwave and kettle, you'll of course have pots, pans, cutlery, knives, cutting board, salt, pepper and oil at your disposal.
The stylish queen size bed ensures a restful sleep with fresh linens.
Through the opaque curtains, you can darken the apartment to really relax and be ready for the next day with pure zest for life.
The modern bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer, fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Of course, you don't have to walk, but can comfortably use the elevator.
In the living room you can enjoy an extraordinary view over Mannheim.
You can park your car for free in the private parking lot, which is located directly in front of the house.
Non-smoking apartment! Smoking is allowed on the balcony, which is located directly in front of the apartment.

Cleanliness and hygiene:
Cleanliness, hygiene and the well-being of my guests is the highest priority. Health and safety measures are in place to combat a wide range of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand washing hygiene and room cleaning product specifications. Specific steps I take are as follows:
- Use of antibacterial cleaning products.
- Towels are hygienically packed with a seal of quality
- Toilet and bathroom gets a hygiene seal after each cleaning
- Regular ozone treatment against mold, germs and bacteria

Before the check-in the following data are still needed from you, because there is a registration obligation in Germany:

1. Check-In is at 15:00, Check-Out is at 11:00.
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request.
Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are
liable for any associated costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence at HOMZA Apartments .
Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies and in shared
spaces.
Smoking violations are subject to a 250€ fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair
damages.
4. Commercial photography/videography without written consent and Illegal activity is strictly
prohibited.
5. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
6. Pets are not allowed.
Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to
contact us before their stay.
7. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking
passes.
8. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the apartment to monitor excessive noise
levels. Video surveillance may be used in outside and common areas.
9. Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its
facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service.
10. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who
violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation
of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without
refund.
