"The place was great. Set up professionally, everything you could need. Bedding and linen was so good, had a couple of great sleeps. The backyard, especially lit up at night was lovely, and we nearly fell asleep on the daybed and missed dinner. Cannot recommend highly enough if you want to take it easy, and have beaches and amenities nearby."

"Mist in the Gums is the most peaceful place and quite beautiful. Carol is an excellent host and very friendly. The cabin was so clean and had everything you would need. I would thoroughly recommend Mist in the Gums to anyone. please keep in mind it is quite a way from Lake Macquarie."

"Great stay. The house was in a fab location and very well equipped with all the things you need. The house was very well maintained and clean. The outdoor area is very well set up with a decent bbq we spent lots of time outside enjoying the view. The week went way too fast would definitely stay here again. "

"It was clean and the room had everything for our stay. The pool was good. Good access to free parking. So many restaurants on walking distance. Didn't like the bus stop and so many busses in the morning, a bit annoyed. Overall, the stay was enjoyable 😊"
