"Very clean and tidy. I arrived early and was allowed to store my luggage in the office till the room was available. I was then directed to a cafe where I could get a lovely breakfast which was discounted. I would come back here. "

"Big beautiful home which is great for bigger families with teenage children with plenty of comfy couches and outdoor living. On our arrival parts of this property had not been cleaned by the previous tenants. You are expect to complete the exist clean yourself and make up your own beds on arrival with the clean linen that is available. Fridge/freezer had lots of food items in it that was expired and taking up value space. It is great it is dog friendly and fully fenced but the fence palings do not go completely to the ground meaning that neighbours dogs do come into the property and our dog would be able to escape. It would be easy to have the code to the lockbox a day before so there is no issues with access. An information book would be useful with details on how to operate the gas cooktop, and walkways to Mangonui with details would be handy. Otherwise a lovely place to stay."

"Enjoyed our stay. So lovely and quiet, stars at night so clear. Added bonus of some fresh avos to take home.Recommended more for couple as 3rd bed mattresses very soft for an adult.Other than that. Top value"

"Loved everything to be honest except the futon sofa bed couch which is in need of an upgrade we only used as a couch but was awkward to sit on... but apart from that would highly recommend staying here and we would stay again.. thanks team Taipa"

"Hosts gave easy to understand instructions on how to find the place. It was perfect for what we needed, cozy and comfy. Not having to bring towels and sheets made it much easier as well and very much appreciated. They said hello and gave our dog Snow so pats and made us feel very welcome. House was super close to so many awesome things, such as the town and 90 mile beach. My partner is already talking about when we go next time! "

"Our whanau of 16 ranging from 12 to 80 years, were lucky enough to stay at this amazing property over the Christmas period. The combination of stunning location and excellent facilities meant we all had such a wonderful time. The hosts have thought of every last detail to ensure their guests enjoyment.
