"The property and location were stunning. It was perfect for our 3 generations of family. The cabins to have separate spaces were great for a bit of quiet time and privacy, and the beautiful and well equipped house and deck area was exactly what we needed for shared time together. It felt like we were in another world being in the bush and we had so many walks down to the beach together. The dog came on his first big holiday with us and he was the happiest family member by far! Everything we needed was there and I would definitely come back!"

"We loved staying here. Was clean and comfortable. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids (although wouldn’t plan to have adults stay in this room as mattresses are foam - perfect for kids though). The red kitchen was very kitsch (in a fun way). Location was superb. Gay was lovely to deal with. I’m sure we’ll be back!"

"This is a lovely property in a prime location. All units have beachfront outlooks through the branches of an ancient pohutukawa. The managers were extremely hospitable and helpful. They even shared produce from their garden. The sheets and towels were high quality and the cleanliness was of a high standard. Would definitely recommend "

"Very clean and tidy. I arrived early and was allowed to store my luggage in the office till the room was available. I was then directed to a cafe where I could get a lovely breakfast which was discounted. I would come back here. "
