"Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there! "The owner was great with communication. The property was nicely decorated and felt homey. Overall this place was great especially considering the price. "

"The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay."
