"The front desk receptionist Sarita was the sole person who helped in our plea for another available room due to my husband's breathing health issues and allergies. Sarita was understanding and compassionate to our needs and she went the extra mile above and beyond to help us. It was through her caring that she was able to find another room which allowed us to stay the entire 28 days with comfort and ease of my husband's breathing, allergies, and health. We'll be planning to return to the Guam Reef Hotel in the near future. The entire staff were pleasant, accommodating, respectful, and went out of their way to help us in every capacity. It was the best vacation of our lives! Thank you Guam Reef Hotel and Many Blessings to you and yours! "

"Beautiful hotel "

"The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool."
