"This property was very unique and a great place to stay, especially after visiting the Hobbiton Movie Set earlier in the day. The rooms did smell a little like “Middle Earth” when we arrived, but the fans were running and the owners were obviously trying to deal with the problem which was much appreciated. "Had a great stay at this property, it was clean and tidy and a brilliantly quiet and peaceful location. The views from every window were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the spacious design of the kitchen/lounge area, the deck outside and the spa! The pool table was fantastic too. The hostess responds fairly quickly to questions.
