For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and a good size, which was perfect for our family. However, the bathroom was quite small and a bit tight, which was a bit of a challenge. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Despite these minor issues, we had a comfortable stay and would consider returning in the future."
